wooteh, merry xmas! went down to audio house with family..

guess what, my father bought a 42" Panasonic LCD TV! but i dont think its full HD. coz its onli $1349. $500 of vouchers. so.. got the TV for $849. my uncle bought a dvd player.

ok, dont bother telling me its cheaper somewhere else coz im happy already :D.

Downtown East - Just Acia (new outlet)

lol, went there to eat with my family just recently. main purpose was to test the food. haha, went twice last weekend. saturday and sunday. set meal includes free flow of beverage and ice cream.

first nite - herbal chicken soup. soup was great. not too herbal type, lol, drinkable for me. but the chicken meat.. gah. the moment u eat, u noe its some lousy frozen chicken. big portion though. then for beverage.. two cups of mocha lol. end up i cannot slp that nite, sleeping onli at 6+. serious. ice cream was 1 scoop of vanilla, mango and strawberry. :).

think before u drink lol.

2nd nite - chicken teriyaki and soft shell crab. chicken teriyaki was nice, quite crispy. soft shell crab.. hmm.. well, squeeze the lemon provided if u want, but dont squeeze it all. 1-2 drop on each part can liao.

overall, after u take the "free flow of drinks and ice cream" in mind, it is worth visiting lol.

haha, heard my neighbour quarrelling with someone on the phone just now.

holidays for secondary sch gonna end soon. that means im gonna get stuck with my maid again.

my mood for runescape has gotten smaller, but i havent really got anything to do at home. my bro is back into maple, playing the dk.

been slping a lot these few days. yep, 4hr+ naps in the afternoons.

i eat full full den go slp. no gd, but i still do it.. sigh. and with cooling afternoons.. haha.

lol, went to c doc yesterday. now haf to take new med.. and this new med is very expensive. how expensive? 1 course of treatment is $6k. no idea 1 course is how long, but the mention of that amount of money is not funny.

now why am i lucky? heh heh heh.. IM GETTING THE TREATMENT FREE! a specialist doctor at the national cancer center (NCC) has gotten a grant to study the med. i fulfill most (or all) of the requirements. well the doctor at TTSH said it like i would get chosen for sure, so i have high hopes :D

and why am i unlucky? it includes chemotherapy.. gah. nevermind... I AM STRONG!

Looking at blogs and other stuff.

lol, i come online almost everyday, unless im in hospital or something. then, i visit blogs while/after/during games. i always start out with the cls blog lol. den i "branch out" into my blog and then the links in my blog. sometimes i go to the blogs of my classmates. then i c some jc students' msn nicks going like.. "OMFG ITS OVER".

man, looking at these stuff, i keep thinking about how im getting held back. its more of mixed feelings when looking at these. i gained and lost stuff. also changed a bit.

i used to like sky blue and purple. now i feel they are pretty gay and i dont really like any color. its like im stuck in black and white. im not emo, i do see colors. just that they are not that 'bright' now lol.

i dont know why i typed that lol. anyway.. not everybody updates their blog everyday. even though i know that, i still visit some blogs a few times a day lol. guess im really bored. i should try blog-hopping one day.

some things are starting to become numb. like doctors going: "omfg u got cancer?" and then "how old are you?", "u smoke?". haha. last time i would reply more. now, its more of one-liners. tired of explaining. and also, public transport. well.. gah nvm. im also getting more and more passive with stuff. i wonder if i can cope in school in my ultra-dependent state now. i still miss my dog. haha, guess it's becoz i put her as my msn display picture.

but there are some things that i am not numb to. instead, i feel dam fed-up. food vendors. got 1 dam ch**by* auntie. it was a long story lah and i lazy to type out. but she tot i fking stealing her chilli leh. first time hor, she laugh those type of cb laugh. coz my maid was beside me. 2nd time, i slow abit onli leh. i was like choosing what i want to put into my vegetarian beehoon. i was with my mum. that ch**by* auntie see me onli, call the person behind me. dam im quite petty i guess.

anyway i watched samurai 7 recently. i watch until last 2 episodes.. missing. wah, hard to find the last 2 sia. wth. but still, i found them and finished the anime. sad anime lol. <-- under "things which i do other than games".

i should start socializing a little. maybe i will begin in runescape. i mean like try to start conversations and maintain it. then maybe.. er.. smile and say "thank you" louder when people serve/clear stuff. or maybe.. instead of typing these out, i should say it out. i havent been very good in conversations. sometimes i just end up saying something stupid or hurting someone. i don't know, but the whole of my family seem to be able to socialize very well.

gah idk. now i got to try and finish a cup of black chinese medicine.

13th November

Today is the first anniversary of me entering Tan Tock Seng Hospital. TTSH hor, not when I first discovered my illness. Went to have a thorax scan today, turned out that some of the stuff in my lungs had grown again. Well, not so bad I guess, since previously they told us the medicine had effect (shrunk it down). Just need to eat more medicine to probably cancel it out or something. Hope nothing grows in my brain again. Fits are scary.

Haha, it's still afternoon.

my bro makes breakfast.

haha, today my bro tried making some "roti john" while i watched. i so pro hor, see him make breakfast for both of us. yep, it was for breakfast. 1st time making.

yesterday night he went out with my father to get ingredients. they bought barbeque sauce, curry powder, onions and cheese. just about that, coz we got lots of eggs at home. we decided to use normal white bread. ok, he ended up forgetting the cheese when cooking.

i was the stand-one-side-watch-and-talk guy. haha ok so my bro heat up the wok. yea, we used a wok. haha, 1st time dunno wan to use what mah. ok, we had 4 eggs so.. 8 slices of bread. fillings stated up there, with a lil pepper.

first one.. egg got fried. we assumed that the egg would just stick onto the bread if we pressed hard, coz thats we usually saw indian store ppl doing. but we fried the egg too much. so my bro just took it up, put it onto the bread and squeezed the sauce and add curry powder. so, it became a barbecue sauce onion egg sandwich. i ate this. needed more sauce.

2nd piece.. almost the same i tink, my bro ate it. i tink he turned the fire lower on this. needed more sauce too.

3rd piece.. even lower fire, lol. the top was a lil.. watery when it came up. lol this time, my bro put more sauce. a lot more. i ate it. haha sure, at first it was nice then it turned a bit sour. too much sauce hahhaha.

4th.. i dont know. about the same as the 3rd i guess. ah.

hmm, the roti john wasnt really the usual roti john lol. it was more like the type of home-made pizza that people make. white bread and the toppings. lol.

and so.. my bro made breakfast for two.

2nd november

its a sunday and its the day after my father's birthday. if u read the previous post, im supposed to go have a walk at east coast with my family. auntie and uncle fetched everyone and stuff then we went over. haha, mum bought some muffins yesterday so that we could have some kind of light snack there today. so, i was supposed to have a slow and nice walk while my bro went cycling with my brother. 1 aunt went to jog a little and another aunt walked with me, my father and mother. my uncle couldnt walk too far as his leg was injured so he sat and breathed in the air.

walked only about halfway of the jetty. i couldnt tahan, lol. ahhhh, because i seldom go there 1, i could compare. last time i could have walked so much more lol. well, i did manage to sweat a little and get some sunlight. oh ya, managed to see some police catching a cobra. u noe, the type that flatten their heads when threatened. well, considering having seen snakes a few times and only seen police catching snake once (i tink), it was rather entertaining.

so we walked back to the car. went to some coffeeshop in bedok with the famous kway teow and hokkien mee. tink more ppl buy hokkien mee. eh, but my 2 aunts + my mum introduced me the porridge. then i was like.. a little tired, even though we had some rest in the car. resting isnt a quick thing for me now lol. then.. aiya, i didnt really want to get up and look around so i said "got century egg + pork porridge anot?". i mainly wanted the century egg, but the way they replied, it was like.. only century egg OR pork. so i chose century egg lor. then later, my mum came back and told me that they didnt have century egg. then at this moment i suddenly enter my confused state, cannot think properly. !#$#@%%$%@!!!!!!! then she asked whether i wanted pork instead. i couldnt think, i couldnt reply properly. i said "yes". ahhhhhhhhhh. i didnt want porridge already, coz no century egg. but i said yes!! then when the meat porridge came, got pig liver!! argh! in my hate list! and like 4-5 pieces of it!

the pig liver.. it looked liked they just popped it into the porridge and let it cook coz i scooped one up with some blood -.- wah lau. haha, being the fat-ass kid that i am, i passed it on to my aunt. nobody wanted more than their own share lol, coz pig liver sux!!

another auntie bought fish porridge. uncle bought wanton mee. bro bought fried mixed noodles. mum ate kway chap. father bought fried kway teow. my cousin bought nasi lemak. then misc. stuff where people shared stuff.. kway teow and dunno what. my father, brother and i ate soya beancurd.

lol, heard from my bro that 1 yong tau fu store there was selling 7 food items + noodles = $1.50. 1 extra ingredient = $0.15. got another store selling abt same size but $0.30. lol, he say queue was quite long. and remember the chinese show where they gave hawker centre cooks a boost? the japanese one was there, except it wasnt open. pity, got to go in the afternoon next time.

after that, we went to mustafa centre to buy stuff. bought a few stuff. shoes mainly. i didnt really have the mood to walk about in that cramped space so i just sat down. would have looked around for some shoes though, if i had the mood. but they were in the sport shoes area anyway and i didnt need sport shoes. would have had more to write about mustafa if i hadnt just sat there most of the time.

we went to a hawker centre at lavender for lunch. had chicken rice and since a total of 5 ppl wanted to eat chicken rice, we bought a set. my father had turtle soup and my bro had pork noodles. lol they 2 noe how to choose sia. mum had fishball meepok. then we had some yong tau fu to share.

hmm, my father came back and had stomachache. he suspects it was from the wedding yesterday. at hilton hotel leh wah lau.. scallop with veggie. why that dish? coz he and his friends could smell something when the waitress opened the tingy. lol strong smell of "got-something-wrong". but the smell gradually went away, so he juz ate 1.. coz if dont eat is like.. dont give face lol. and scallop usually shouldnt have anything wrong lol. but wait tmr his colleagues take MC coz some juz eat -.-

1st november

my father's birthday today =D. but.. ah, we couldnt celebrate it at night. his friend's daughter was gonna get married off and he was invited to the wedding. so, we celebrated in the afternoon! we went over to the marketplace (aka central to pasir ris ppl) and bought a 1/2kg tiramisu cake. haha, actually idk where it was really tiramisu about, since i couldnt taste anyting wine-ish abt it. guess it was juz a chocolate cake wif a chocolate sign "tiramisu" on it. lol. eh, we did give the maid a slice hor.

she took an interest in the cake and tried to take photos lol. then she dunno why took a few dark dark photos den my mum fed up, say next time then ask from me. coz it was like.. whole family standing there waiting for her mah lol. eh, we did give the maid a slice hor.













going out on a to bedok jetty aka marine parade aka east coast tomorrow with my 2 aunties, 1 uncle, 1 cousin and my family. eh, singapore roads i dunno, so when i was told marine parade/bedok jetty, i tot it would be some place that i nv go b4. then end up.. is east coast. lmao. tink my bro got abit confused too. eh, is like, nv drive/sit car often wont know east coast as marine parade what lol. actually i tot marine parade is near marina bay sia xDDDDDDDD.

hmm, stuff about school.

apparently i cant extend my "vacation" anymore and i have to decide whether i can start studying, 2 months before school starts (19th april). i have from now til feb to decide.

so lets juz say.. im gonna start studying again. i need to start preparing. like getting a better pair of shoes. lol, my SHOESSHOHEOHSOHOEHOHSSHOESSHOESSHOES are like.. nevermind, i remember i always said i want some shoes but ended up buying some cheap cheap kiddo shoes haha. gah, tink i will still end up buying some crap after lots of anyhow-looking. and revision. lots of it, especially with OOPG and maths.

i got to start planning my timetable well. like when will my next hospital appointment be. and if i become dam suay and all my lectures/tut/wateva end at 5, haha dunno how to reach the hospital in time sia. 4pm can reach there in time. coz hospital those clinic close at 6pm i tink.. and i hope wont be 5 lol. hmm, or classes start at 11am, den i reach hospital at 8am. ah morning better sia. -IF- got classes that start at 11am (or 12/1) lah. haha, sounds manageable actually, but i hope i will have enough energy lol. hmm, wait. heard 2nd term gonna be hard. lol, guess i will juz have to plan my time better. people can pass, i oso can pass =D.

but if i skip this coming term again.. i got to re-apply for the whole course again. actually right, i dont know if i want to continue. what i mean is.. changing course. hmm, see how first lah. if i really have to skip this coming term, then i will look around and decide. but if i cant jump ship, i will just re-apply for this course, going through alice and stuff again.

lol talking abt alice, i understood more of the meaning of using it. i read the book "The Last Lecture". my cousin gave me a copy. um, well, its on the bestsellers list so it wont be hard to find.

my father bought me a new phone! nokia 3120 classic i tink.. dunno if thats the number but it owns all the previous phones i have ever had. my last 2 phones died to water, then i switched to using my bro's cracked phone. that phone's screen light died after some time, leaving it as a cracked black screen phone. so i got a new one, since my bro's phone's contract expired. lol, i dunno still got whose contract finish already, but i know left 1 person in my family contract ending soon. got 2 finished contract, haven renew. lol.

I’ve always had a terrible fear of being submerged completely in water. Not that I can’t swim or anything. My dad made me learn; he said I almost drowned when I was really young.

I was afraid of it because, for as long as I can remember, whenever I am under water and look up at the surface I see a woman reaching down to me with a warm smile, with glowing golden hair and dark blue eyes. Even if its just in a bathtub. It always happened, it was just normal for me, but i never got used to it.

It was unnerving, but also soothing at the same time. She always made me feel like it was okay. I still avoided it, though, because I was just a kid and it was really freaky.

I never told my dad about it as a kid, but I did ask him about my mom. He never wanted to talk about her. Sometimes he even got mad at me for trying too hard to bring it up.

It was only recently that I described this apparition to him. He nearly drove into a telephone pole; obviously he knew something. I asked him, again, about my mom. He still would say much, except that she died when I was very young, and that she loved me very much. He also admitted that her hair and eyes were those colors, just like mine.

So I did some research on my own, looking up her name for myself on my birth certificate and trying to find any references I could, any news clips about a boy nearly drowning, any thing. I mostly wanted a picture, something I could match to my guardian angel.

Today, buried in our town library, I found it.

lol read doreen's blog den decided to search for albino people. ended up searching for albino cats. then i remembered that a white cat came to give birth outside my house b4 lol. idk if it was albino, but i remember it being white. it was back during my primary school days so i dun really remember it well.

it was b4 cats were made infertile by the government. one day, my mum or dad did not close the "gas door" (the place where you turn the gas valve) properly. then the next morning, my mum came back from the market to find a white baby kitten inside. my mum asked us to come look at it lol. i tink we asked our neighbours if it belonged to them lol, coz we had malay neighbours at that time. well, it wasnt theirs. the kitten's eyes werent open yet lol. it was like.. a little curled up and could fit in ur palm nicely.

then we were like.. standing there looking at it when.. mummy cat came from behind! also white haha. i saw it climb up the staircase coz i was standing at the gate, where the baby was at the right and the staircase was at the left. it walked towards us (at that time was mum, neighbour and me left) a little hesitantly and mewed, then we decided to "leave" and let them have peace.

i was amazed. i was absolutely sure that the cat did not take the lift + climb the stairs up to my house. it could only have climbed up from the 1st floor to the 7th floor. wow, it must have been some extreme luck that the mother cat decided to climb all the way up and give birth. why couldnt it have been some other apartment, some other block or something lol. and there was a kind of certainty from the mummy cat like "my baby is here and i know it!"

somehow mummy cat got baby cat out and started nursing it in front of our gate. lol, we pushed a half-eaten pomfret and a dish of milk over but the mummy only took a little of it. ah, thats about all that i remember. i cant remember how long they were there, or if they hung around for a few days, but i think we did saw either mummy or baby some time later.

another thing is that we saw some other cats around the lift landing area just once, early in the morning, a short period after the baby cat incident. no more white cats though.

hmm, its bad luck to have a black cat run past you, but does it mean anything to have a white cat give birth to a white baby outside your house?

MY BROTHER SOLD IT ACCIDENTALLY WHEN I WENT OUT FOR LUNCH LOL. WE MADE ABOUT 2M, ONLY TO REALIZE THAT THERE ARE OTHER PEOPLE BUYING IT FOR 5MIL MORE LOL. so.. we didnt even use it for a full day. sigh, i tink it pwns but i dunno where my bro read, seems like he thinks its just the same as some str-boosting armor and a slightly faster weapon

sure, it hits slower but when training in the same area with someone of a slightly higher combat level than me, i could kill faster. i 2-4-hits k.o quite often, compared to his 4-6 hits. lol, and to think i thought it would drop in price more.

hope it drops again after this initial rise.. maybe i will train non-combat skills for the mean time. gah, just when i was hyped up to train strength.

um, just a question. speed or power is better? same accuracy(perhaps more accuracy with the power side), no both please, coz thats juz how games are.

today is teacher's day celebration. me and alwyn went back to visit the dnt tchers. lol, when we went there, the students were all coming out of the gate. we decided to juz stay under a block for awhile. den when we were walking towards the sch main gate, i didnt realize that we passed mr. raman lol. we only noticed him when we were standing at the gate, waiting to go in. lol, mr raman still cute. a bunch of our batch were also waiting.. kenneth, alex and blah blah dunno who liao.

lol, den see that mrs diana come out, take the "sign-in" tingy to that bunch lol.

anyway we went in and decided NOT to cross the parade square directly. instead, we walked outside the science labs and then straight towards the DnT workshop. and then...... we saw mr paik playing badminton with.. er.. sec 1s? basket, he see until us like nv c lidat. i wave he oso bochup. nvm.. -.-

yay, onwards to workshop. saw mr raymond and benny ng. raymond ng dunno rmb us anot, nv rly look at him lmao. den alwyn decided to ask to see if we can see our folio or workpiece. folio mr ng say cannot find liao, too many. wan search muz take very long. doh.. well at least we saw our workpiece. lol, someone's work was very similar to alwyn's. also regarding golf.

k then we kind of walked around trying to find mr imran. dunno where the hell he was at. doh. nv rly c anyone, except from a distance c them very near each other.. got benedict, nicholas, alex, kenneth, katherine, khai's ex - sa***n*. then i saw shaik in coral pri lmao.

then we went home. what an exciting day.

and i juz found out.. i am 61kg now. sigh, when will it stop falling? soon there will be a 20kg diffence compared to my sec 2 or 3 period(80kg). wouldnt it be nice if i were losing fat? but such decreases can only mean im losing muscle mass as well. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. no more yibong, next time is yibone.

lol, i went back to sch today! wx asked me if i wanna go, since it was like "holidays" and part of the class was going back to study. then, since i wanted to see if i could tahan some sort of "a day at sch", i agreed. so i went.

wx's mum kindly brought me along to sch together with wx. lol. so long nv go liao. almost 1 whole year. den we got there and waited for levon and tun liang den ate lunch.

the chef salad......... yea, still nice, but.. they put in a kind of veggie that i really hate! it was super bitter! My parents used to buy that for me. it tasted so bad(imo) that i decided to leave it aside and just eat the rest. damit, put a lot some more. wasted a lot of veggie and spoiled my long-time-no-eat experience.

kk so later on, the rest of the cls starting coming den they got a spot at the concourse. so i read a book that shavonne lent me while they revised. i read 20 pages of it then decided to go to the gym.

wah lau :(, very bad experience there. i ran out of breath and strength so damn quickly. sigh. looks like training back will be very difficult. however.. NOTHING IS TOO DIFFICULT FOR MEEEEEEEE. =/. anyway, only spent like 37 mins there including resting time.

went back to them, laid my head on the table for awhile and went home wif alwyn, wx wanted to stay there a lil longer.

Public Transport - Train

lol, i was looking at stomp and i saw quite a few people kpkb about people not giving up seats. lol i tink everyone has their reasons. like me last time, i sometimes forget to give up my seat. i wont sit unless there are many seats available.

now, i always sit when there is a space and.. well.. i would like to give my space up but sometimes, im just too tired. man, i wish that "young sick people" like me can be added to the sign "please give up your seat to those who need it more". come on lah, on lousier days young sick people like me cannot catch their breath after awhile one ok? and whats more, you see girls that make you even more breathless (lol jk, jeremy dun anyhow tok). add a weak leg in and you get reasons for a seat.

without this sign, young sick people will always get stared at when they NEED a seat. why? coz most people think young people = people who must stand. but that is not totally true.

ok, people dont stare when i take a seat, but they start staring when someone on the sign gets on the train and they are standing near me. hey, its not just one person stare one ok.. when the train has no seats left but people can still see the opposite row, can be like 4-5 stare one hor. and the ironic thing is, they will choose to stare until one person gives up their seat. why? cannot give up their own seat? must stare until ppl uncomfortable?

i think there are also other commuters that need to be added to the sign. like "super tired workers" or "other sick people". people usually dont think about this before posting on stomp.

people who kpkb probably thinks the world is very healthy and everyone, except those on the sign, has to stand.

but of course there are those who really dont need it, and know they should give up their seat, and dont do it.

luckily trips to the hospital arent so frequent now and i will most probably be taking taxi too.

crap on today

today.. wake up at 8.30, which is super early considering my usual timing nowadays. then i dunno what to do. still a bit groggy, ate my usual 5 small tomatoes a day while turning on the com. turn on runescape.. sudden urge of doing a quest. so i did a quest and got some kind of cape which gives bonus range atk and attracts the arrows that you shoot.

the previous day, i wanted to chiong for money but kinda got distracted.. some people got me to follow them to kill.. THE KING BLACK DRAGON. so we teamed up and pwned the kbd. multiple times. but due to me being a narb at fighting kbd, i didnt get a lot of loot even though lootshare was on.

back to today. i trained range and then my bro used the lappy to play maplefantasy, whereby you pick maple leaves off maple trees. jk. its a maple private server. then i very sian. i watched olympics. saw li jia wei losing to a korean then saw singapore winning in doubles. then i want to watch dvd. WAH KAO EH. SIAN MAN.. THE DVD PLAYER AND THE CABLE AND THE TV GOT SOME STUPID PROB. CANNOT WATCH DVD. sian go exercise then i read c.maths 1.. for the first time in a few months. then oso tried writing. HEY! SEEMS LIKE I CAN WRITE BETTER NOW! MEANING I HAVE MORE CONTROL OVER MY LEFT HAND! though i havent tried writing for a long time.

im starting to seriously think about going back to sch in october, though im still coughing and swaying occasionally. let it be my bdae present lol.

lol I THINK I can say that my condition is improving, though I CANNOT SAY WHEN I CAN DO THIS OR THAT. Ok, slowly improving. So I went on to look at photos taken during earlier parts of my treatment. I first looked at the time during radiotherapy. Cool pictures ahead!

Looks like all happened in a short while, but that is coz I cant really remember much. And I missed two school semesters.

Handphone + water.

i think my handphones have a lousy affinity with water. of course, most people have handphones that spoil when soaked in water. but the only phones that i have ever owned both met a watery end. both! the only ones i ever had! or maybe i just keep forgetting i have things in my pocket..

there was a video of my dog inside, which i, LUCKILY, transferred to my bro's fone a few weeks before.

well, im just using my bro's old 3g phone with cracked screen now lol. ah, handphones.

Stupid Slayer Task (RuneScape-Heavy)

DOH! A SLAYER ASSIGNMENT GAVE ME BRONZE DRAGONS TO KILL. I amm a pitiful not-so-high level player at lv92(member). Why bronze dragons like so hard? Because.. usually, I can kill about 50-60+(or even more) monsters with the food that I bring. But for bronze dragons, ONLY TWO! I WAS HALF EATING, HALF FIGHTING USING MELEE. I have decided that I will use magic to fight it tomorrow! Ah, thankfully it's only 35 bronze dragons, not the usual 100+/- amount.

Anyway, Mr Yam and some teachers came today, including IT school director! =p. Come 1/2 hr only lah lol. ok then we talk talk abit, then suddenly talk until the girls in TP, mainly business school and IT school. haha the director say there are lesser girls in IT than in Biz, but the girls more pretty.. lol. btw IT sch director is female hor. 1/3 of IT school is girls, while it is 2/3 for biz; around there. The Cyber and Digital Security (CDS) only got 2 girls this year haha.. I think I heard that from WX before. but oso cant deny that there are pretty girls in biz.

Back to RuneScape. I might suddenly feel unwilling to kill those damn dragons tomorrow and train other skills lol. ahhh I shall try to go get an item now.

ok i watched this today. liked it =D especially the first part, where they rob the first bank lol. damn cool. since this movie has been out for about a week, i suppose some people have watched it already.. NICE RIGHT? lol. and lol @ edison chen (if anyone actually saw him -.-).. wonder how much he got paid.

some parts were predictable while some were cool lol. and i can see why the hype with heath ledger's acting.

for those who have not yet seen this movie, dont judge it based on the trailers. 2hrs30mins, you think you seen it just by watching the trailer?

anyway.. after the movie, went to eat dinner at some hong kong cafe. IMO not as nice as wang zai at white sands. my bro thinks otherwise. ate cheese baked rice with portugese chicken, which is basically just curry-marinated chicken.

then, shopped at NTUC for goodies and went home. nice day with nice movie.

I am playing...

RUNESCAPE! Yep that's right! In case people start laughing, RuneScape is like one of the most successful browser-based game. They have come a long way. I like the game for it's gameplay, though some people claim that it is damn confusing. Now with the added graphics, I think more people will start playing. When I first saw the new high detail version, I thought of WoW due to the layout and stuff. However.. you still can't compare RuneScape with Wow. Different gameplay and WoW is still better in like.. many aspects.

People may say that the graphics still kinda sucks, but it is a browser-based game =D. Hey, membership is only at 9.10 per month through paypal. Lots of stuff to be done in-game. Yea, training may seem lifeless, but with the array of skills to train, you can just jump to any skill when you are bored of one! Also, let's not forget that there is also a player versus player area. I think that is where I got my best tastes of online-style adrenaline rush because I didn't want to lose my items lol. Virtual items, I know.

Pity there isn't a Singapore server. Not saying that it lags, but its just kinda sad. AND I TYPED THIS WHILE FISHING FOR LOBSTERS. I haven't played in high detail mode yet LOL. It is for members only now and I am gonna be one soon. I typed this knowing that there will always be people who feel that RuneScape sucks no matter what lol. Oh ya.. there is free game too.

Late Morning And Mid-Afternoon Boredness.. SUPERVILLIANS!!

Maid gets a handphone

ah, due to financial limits, my family can only afford an indonesian maid. and she knows very, very little english. other than my father knowing a little melayu and a "dictionary" to help us, we communicate mainly by using sign language and a lot of gibberish. but sometimes, she just goes 'orhh.. ok..' den messes things up.

and now she gets a handphone lol. currently, i am experiencing some kind of.. father-not-around-ask-the-son thingy. wah, i surf web half-way, she ask something. surf half-way, ask something. and so i got bugged for the late morning, after she finished her chores. well, her handphone is better than mine. lucky both of us using sony ericsson or i would have a hard time sign languaging with her.the warranty booklet or sumting got melayu.. BUT THE FREAKING USER GUIDE NO MELAYU. WTH!!! maybe i can just change the language on the phone to melayu and let her figure out herself.

but as of now, we havent got a prepaid card/ charged her batt yet. ah, i tink i will be plagued with questions that i dont understand until she gets her hp going. then she will mess around with the hp. lol.

Very Amusing Post

Yesterday, I woke up at 11am lidat. Father went for some company running event at Bedok reservoir. I sat around awhile and ate 2 half-boiled eggs. My father came home with our supposed breakfast. lol.. more like brunch eh. So I ate bak kut teh, while my bro ate ba chor mee pok - which he claimed was bland.. lol.

After that, my bro turned on the computer and started playing Drift City from ijji.com. I watched some tv show with my father. Then, it was my turn to use the computer. I played some DotA with Ai. I got pwned.

Relatives dropped by and left some kong ba bao, which I didnt eat. FATS!!! Then I continue playing DotA. Shall I explain each game in detail? Maybe just one. It was a -apne Ai match. I picked Rigwarl - Bristleback. As it was a 5v5 match, there was little to be spent. I can't remember what I bought exactly. Then, I took bottom lane with an Ai. Haven't played Bristleback for a long time, thus I got pwned. I couldn't get some lane control. I think if you thought I was serious in explaining the game in detail, you are rather naiive.

So I DotA-ed till early evening, then changed into outside clothes. Family going out for dinner lol. We went to White Sands and ate at Wang Zai, the Hong Kong Cafe at 2nd floor. Mother came from Grandma's house, bringing back some delicious food. Saw one girl wearing Haruhi costume lol (Cosfest at Downtown East). I ordered the Black Pepper Beef Baked Rice. Nice IMO. The beef was soft and tender and the sauce was nicely proportioned - enough for the rice, beef, onions. Try it if you don't know what to order there. For beverage, I got Hong Kong 'Yuan Yang'. That means coffee + tea. Sounds cool right? Not so cool as I discovered later in the night.

Ah, I kinda ate too much. STOMACHACHE! We went to NTUC to shop, and I walked about with a stomachache. Now, nobody can deny that I am indeed great. So we bought some stuff. Then we walked home. I watched TV then went online til 12+ then went to sleep. Guess what. I was awake all the way til 4.30. I suspect it was the Yuan Yang.. why? Because.. I haven't touched coffee for a rather long time. I usually drink tea. Guess the coffee part of the Yuan Yang kept me awake. This is most of what happened yesterday. Thus comes the end of a 'Very Amusing Post'.

I have been told that I look like Peter Parker =D. During the release of.. er.. SpiderMan 1 or 2, my bro told me that. Then SpiderMan 3's 'Emo Parker'.. Jeremy would remember it. Now, WX says that I look like Mr.Yam. Hmm.. Whatever.

What if I got bitten by something genetically modified too? No more spiders, since Peter already has that. Anyone watched 'Animal Pharm'? The documentary on ChannelNewsAsia. Whereby animals/plants go through selective breeding or get genetically modified. What if the animals bit me? Hmm.. let's look at it one by one. lol.

Cow - selective breeding of the most muscular/meaty/strong/sexy cow in the ranch. What if one got out and bit me? Oh wow I would have a damn muscular body! Horns might be nice. But I guess that's all.. unless something goes wrong and I start producing milk as well. Hey wait, the cow needs to actually inject some venom or something into me right? Nevermind, I will just bite it instead. Get it's blood.

Pig - For what?? Not as muscular as the cow and it has a lot of fat. Well.. maybe I can get some intelligence. By the way, baby pigs are cute. lol.

Salmon - Heh, present day giant! I will be a Hagrid without the beard. I remember that these salmons were modified and something got turned off so that it will continue growing. Maybe some part of the human brain needs to get turned on or off to get this same effect. *Try knocking someone's head*

Veggies - Imagine if I turn green and start growing veggies for hair. Hey then maybe veggie companies would come and get me to be their spokesperson. Maybe even McDonald's would come and get me for their fake healthy lifestyle campaign! IMAGINE HOW RICH I WOULD BE!

Humans - I know this wasn't part of the show. But imagine if I become muscular and attractive after going around biting people and getting their blood. Well, I might just end up getting AIDS. Anyway, maybe girls who want nice butts can go bite girls with nice butts. Hey WX, don't tell me to bite Mr. Yam because I don't intend to =D.

This is probably the end of a post that is somehow entirely impossible. Well, I haven't been good in science since secondary school. Maybe next time there will be a more 'superhero' type of post, like getting bitten by a snake instead.

Ur Hulk

i watched hulk recently and.. well.. what if we had a hulk in all of us? what would your hulk be like? well, lets say.. there are no restrictions such as the need to be green, but you haf to be muscular and normal weapons dont hurt you.

how about a cute muscular furball with two legs(someting like CJ7). then the fur would be able to turn into hair missiles capable of piercing through even the toughest of steel. no clothes left after transforming

or how about turning into a super saiyan. all his clothes left intact.

or becoming some dark devil with cool auras around you and those kind of music that makes one excited. imagine turning angry, then you shred some skin and turn into some cool devilish creature and u start to emit aura and music. then add in hand beams and stuff lol. no clothes too.

or a gundam-like bionic creature. ok, maybe this isnt that muscular. lean muscle type. sumwhat similar to the devil above. then there are some holes on its back that act like boosters. these work with internal energy. will also have hand blades powered by internal energy. these blades can be launched and will fly back like a boomerang. no clothes.

or become a ryu-hulk and perform electric spinning kicks and killer flying uppercuts. outfit would be ryu's, not hulk's expandable pants. and because this is a ryu-hulk, there will finishing move whereby he will run over and grab the opponent like zangief and then jump up high into the air and come crashing down head-first like a dragon (he will also be spinning). Marvel vs Street Fighter's Hulk has this finishing move where he carries a meteor down. something like that. lets call it.. Spinning Dragon.

for people who can get extremely angry, how about adding a ghost rider type, whereby hellfire consumes them. even a singlet-wearing balding uncle will be transformed into a cool biker from hell. and that dunno-what stare can be used from a distance, unlike in the movie. since this 'hulk' must be muscular, lets just make him bigger and make his punches hurt more. maybe tear the sleeves off his biker shirt. maybe add thorns to his bones.

whether there is a betty ross is all up to u. these are just sum stuff im typing out since im a lil bored. lol. i dont mean you have to choose a hulk from here. since i know there are much more interesting ones.

ARGH!!!

sometimes its juz like that.. ARGH!!! even im amazed that someone like me can get very, very frustrated at times. ah, i dont know why, but it seems this frustration keeps building up through small and smaller things. i juz wanna let it out, but there is just someone around me everytime, everywhere. am i supposed to let it out on someone?

im not the type who turns the shower on and stands/sits beneath it thinking, so letting it out in the shower isnt gonna work.

i dont know if i should say this, but i kind of realized that i am under certain pressure. kind of impossible rite? how is it possible? im not really sure and i dont want to just talk about it loosely. everyone is trying so much to help me.. and yet im like.. refusing stuff and sometimes making things difficult. no one owes me anything..

some part of me changed during this period. i thought i knew what changed, but it is all very confusing now.


typing this made me feel a lil better. partly because i forgot what i wanted to type halfway. oh ya.. any ideas on where to let it out? sum place where i will be alone?

yesterday

went to takashimaya wif them. nth much, juz walked around then we went to find a place for dinner. actually, if i had known that that place was 'family international buffet restaurant', i would haf resisted going in. coz there are better places xD.

its the same company as the one at tampines mall. the one at tamp mall used to be 'Paris', which had higher standards. i believe 'sakura' better than this 'family' one.

1st ting i wanna say.. the barbecue salmon head sucks. its supposed to be juicy yet it was super dry. wonder what they doing. lol and wx took shrimp dumpling den inside no prawn 1.. thats cheap stuff. eh wx i tink i noe why no prawn.. coz is shrimp dumpling! hahaha! zzz. and i felt that the teppanyaki beef was kinda lousy. den got baby lobster.. wanted to try one but 4get.

overall i tink they enjoyed it though.

after that, we looked around more and wx bought sumting and we went home.

and.. it rly was doreen we saw sitting on those steps! lol!

hmm.. the blood transfusion is over and it wasnt as bad as i thought. first ever transfusion for me lol. well.. imagine if they gave me warrior's blood. then, i could tell people 'a warrior's blood flows through my veins'. that would be cool rite? but then the nurse told me some guy donated the blood and she doesnt know who it is. therefore, 'some guy's blood flows through my veins'. how uncool. will my charm be affected?

yay, wasnt anything really bad. the doc got me going back to the hospital on thurs, fri and mon. going back on wed.

my platelets dropped very low suddenly and the doctor wanted to give me a blood transfusion. on thurs it was 16.5 i tink.. normal patient about 100, normal person higher. lmao. but on fri it improved juz a bit - 21. doc decided to (sort of) 'see how'.mon, which is today, 92! yay big jump. but i still nd to go for a blood transfusion coz of other tingy in the blood -.-

i find it a bit weird to have a blood transfusion.. why? other people's blood inside u.. abit weird lol. gao wei.

anyway.. the "weird stuff happening" at the start of this post.. was refering to my platelets dropping suddenly.

ok first.. this week's monday was vesak day and c170 came over to my house! i tink total was 17 ppl including mr george yam lol. they came and played a few things and sexy jolvin somehow got banluck 4x in a row hahhaha. Also played a game where they act out sumting and ppl guess.. but i nv really play lol. guess too slow/dunno how act. i rock.

they brought a few things.. a basket of fruits, bird nest (mr yam say is the sch "buy" but i tink he ownself buy 1), and a.. er.. board of get-well messages. some people expressed their love for me through the messages. im so touched T_T. special thx to shavonne! she lent me a few books and stuff let me read lol.

the board got 'hung' right in front of where i sleep, so i see it right b4 going to bed and right when i wake up lol.

another thingy. wah 4get when.. at hospital saw one guy. nose or throat cancer.. 4get. his neck red like siao sia.. my mum go tok to his son den we realize is burnt by the radiotherapy. den that poor uncle got all the sore throat/whateva burnt neck problems. den sumhow dunno why go intro my mother 'manuka honey'. some super expensive high quality honey. well, we went to buy it. my father said that it is quite effective for the throat after trying it. i tink the uncle need to take very potent manuka honey.

regarding title.. no idea. lmao

actually got de.. but den.. nowadays i onli tink abt stuff in the nite right b4 i slp. i haf no idea why. maybe becoz at that time, everything goes dark and quiet. so i start to tink abt stuff.

one of the reasons why i created this blog was to document my thoughts during this period.

but the crap ting is that i can spend up to 2 hrs lying on my bed thinking of things and wake up the next morning without remembering anything.

went there yesterday nite for dinner at the 'bbq chicken - korea's number 1.. er.. fried chicken'

and amazingly, none of my family members, including me, ordered the fried chicken. We tried it before at novena, the food court version of this brand. ya its nice and definitely not as oily. so we had sum stuff and left.

i would say that bbq chicken is korea's Hans'. like more of a cafe but set in sum kind of restaurant style.

i didnt really get to see the whole place, though i went through all 4 floors. is tonight the official opening? the arcade and ferris wheel werent open yesterday and my mum said sumting abt sumting in downtown east happening 2nite.

anyway, my life is super very routine-like now, so i doubt i have anyting much to blog abt nowadays. guess i will juz surf youtube and forums and play sudoku in the mornings.. oh ya anyone saw the human snake(game) video?
